The Real Story: To be known.

Memories, Musings & Messages:

Shina was the kind of person you rarely meet, one in ten thousand or more. When I think of her, I remember her innocently aware eyes and her ever-present smile; from a barely noticed smirk to an ear-to-ear beacon of joy. I remember the way she would giggle at my obscure humor, letting me know she feels the same and always making me content in a moment that I wished to never end. Her kindness and compassion reminded me of the importance of such things, and that I was not alone. She pointed me back towards my path and renewed my sense of Dharma. Always striving to succeed, always concerned of others comfort, always willing to learn, she was the epitome of compassion and the type of person the world needs.

The radiance of Shina's soul and the beauty of her personality have affected my own in a way so profound that I owe much of who and what I am to our meeting, and I will be forever grateful. The world is a darker place without her but her light has intensified my own and I will carry it with me, to shine anywhere else she may be needed. May she be at peace, and carry on until we meet again.

Shina who was the kindest person I ever met who could bring smile on everyone’s face. She was bubbly, full of laughter, fun-loving, and had this incredible ability to connect with everyone she met. It didn't matter if you had known her for years or had just met her—she had a way of making you feel comfortable, included, and valued.

I never thought I would have to say she was. Somehow, that one word feels heavier than all the others.

Just a week before she left us, we spent a day together. We laughed, talked, and enjoyed every moment without knowing it would be our last time together. If I had known, I probably would have hugged her a little tighter & stayed a little longer. But I'm grateful that our last memory together wasn't filled with sadness—it was filled with happiness, just like Shina herself.

Although she is no longer with us, her love, kindness, and beautiful spirit will always remain in our hearts. Shina deserved a long and happy life. She deserved every happiness this world had to offer, and I hope she receives the justice she deserves. She has left a mark on our hearts that time cannot erase.

I hope that her loved ones find the strength to carry her memory forward with love.

Thank you for being the beautiful person you were. We will miss you more than words can ever express. You will always be deeply loved, forever missed, and never forgotten.

Rest in peace, my dear friend.

For you Shina, I really miss you

It's hard to believe you're gone.
You were the one who started talking to me, and before I knew it, we had become such good friends. I'll always remember your bubbly personality and your smile. You had a way of making even an ordinary workday feel lighter.
Every day, as soon as you got to work, you'd message me to see if I was working too, just so we could talk. We worked together, laughed together, and those little conversations became such a special part of my day. I never thought there would be a day when I'd go to work and not see your message.
I never realized you were carrying so much pain inside. I wish I had known. I wish I had one more chance to talk to you, to listen, or even just to tell you that you weren't alone.
Now, every time I go to work, I find myself looking for your message, knowing it won't be there. It's such a small thing, but it reminds me every day how much I miss you and how much your presence meant. Thank you for all the laughs, the conversations, and the memories. I'll always remember you with your beautiful smile. I hope you've found the peace you couldn't find here. Rest in peace. You'll always be missed.

It still doesn’t feel real that you’re gone, Shina.

I still remember the very first time you called me about something work-related. Neither of us could have imagined that one simple conversation would turn into such a beautiful friendship. Before we knew it, we were laughing together, sharing our days, and making memories that I’ll cherish forever.

Everywhere we went, people would tell us we looked alike and ask if we were sisters. Maybe that’s why we argued sometimes too—just like sisters do. But those little fights never changed how much you meant to me. They are now memories I’ll hold close to my heart.

I’m so grateful that life gave me the chance to know you. I only wish we had been given more time together, because there was still so much left to share and so many more memories left to make.

I pray that God holds you close in His loving arms and gives you the peace, happiness, and love you truly deserve. If there is another life, I hope it is filled with endless joy, beautiful moments, and everything your heart could ever wish for. Souls as kind and genuine as yours deserve nothing less.

Thank you for being such a wonderful friend and for bringing so much light into the lives of everyone who knew you. You may no longer be with us, but your smile, your kindness, and the memories we shared will stay with us forever.

You will always have a special place in my heart. You will never be forgotten.

Rest peacefully, my dear friend. Until we meet again.

You will always be loved, always be remembered, and always be deeply missed. ❤️

For the sweetest soul I’ve ever met I’m still in shock knowing about you won’t be here anymore to talk to.. I really wish I would’ve been there on last Friday to talk to you for the one last time. I’m sorry about everything you went through. You will be remembered in all our hearts girl. I know you’re still with us.
Rest in peace.

Kudiye Chidiye 🕊️(She used to call me this whenever we had a conversation) (this means to describe delicate vibrant and free spirited nature)
The first time we met I was like her way of seeing things is so different. When i think of her , the smile kindness gentleness love and the way she made people feels appears in front of my eyes.

I never thought i had to write words for this moment. This is just so hard to believe that you are no longer with us.

Thankyou for listening to my stupid stories and telling me that everything happens for a reason and everything will get sorted at one point. I wished I would have called you back on that day. May you find the peace you were looking for and see you in another world.

Rest in peace💔

Shina,

I honestly still can’t believe I’m writing this. Never in my life did I think I’d have to write something like this about you. It just doesn’t feel real.

You were one of the kindest, funniest, and most genuine people I’ve ever met. We didn’t talk every single day, but whenever we did, we’d end up talking for hours. Time would just fly by. I’m really going to miss those long conversations, all the stupid jokes, the random topics, and the way we could laugh at the smallest things. Those are the moments I’ll always hold close to my heart.

One thing I always admired about you was how easy it was to talk to you. You never judged anyone, never made people feel uncomfortable, and never had anything bad to say about others. You were the kind of person people could tell anything to because they knew you’d listen with a kind heart. That’s such a rare quality, and it’s something I’ll always remember about you.

You had this amazing energy that made people smile without even trying. You were always full of life, always spreading happiness, and your kindness made everyone around you feel a little better. You had such a beautiful heart, and I honestly feel lucky that I got to know you.

It’s so unfair that someone with such a pure soul was taken from us so soon. But even though you’re gone, the memories, the laughs, and the happiness you gave to so many people will stay with us forever.

I hope you know how much you meant to everyone whose life you touched. You will always be remembered with so much love.

May God bless your beautiful and pure soul and give you eternal peace. I pray that wherever you are now, you’re surrounded by love, light, and happiness. May He keep you in His care and give strength to everyone who’s missing you today.

Rest easy, Shina. Thank you for every conversation, every laugh, and every memory. I’m going to miss you more than words can ever say. You’ll always have a place in my heart. Until we meet again. ❤️
